This past month has gone by in a blur. We have been camping, paddling, sleeping and working hard on the house. School starts Tuesday for Harvey and Me. Harvey is starting preschool and I am teaching 8th grade! We are both excited. The house is finished for now. I am sure other projects will come up, but for now we are finished painting.

Red Meadow Lake. Used to be so remote and now it is crawling with more people than bears. So BEAUTIFUL! We went last weekend and we did see one juvenile black bear; Harvey's first bear!
Harvey INSISTED on paddling the WHOLE time. This led to lots of effort on Eric's part and I had to prevent my face and head from being constantly attacked. Harvey had a great time :)

Harvey had too much trauma to his right front tooth and it had to be pulled. This occurred last Friday and it was traumatizing for all of us. Harvey did great. Every now and then he will say, " I didn't like all that rough stuff at the dentist." I concur my little man.
