Harvey is singing!

Harvey sang his first song spontaneously this morning. Even though it is a morbid nursery rhyme, 'Ring around the Rosie" it was still pretty cute. He was spinning around and around singing 'we all fall down" followed by much giggling.

Harvey has also been telling me, "no sing Mama!" He does this all the time now when I try to get him to sing with me. It is pretty cute as I know that I am an awful singer.

Harvey vs. the Chicken

Harvey loves to pick up our neighbors urban chickens.

Here he is with Shakie.

And here is little Olive. Harvey says "Oviv" too cute!

Tuesday Cutie and some Mother's Day Pics

My little cutie before our morning walk. There were guys out and about paving some road and H was beside himself with awe.

More Mama's Day pictures.
Arrival at the Big Dipper after our bike ride in the Rattlesnake.
A wet Squeakie wanting some ice cream. She got a doggie cone and it made her sick.
My little bundle after his tub.

Mama's Day #2

From my little Monkey.

We went to Greenough Park to ride our bikes this morning. Harvey did great riding, but all he really wanted to do was get into the river. I took his shoes and socks off and he quickly found out that snowmelt waters are COLD! He liked watching Squeakie playing around in the smaller tributaries. On a sad note Harvey went a bit too fast for himself down the first bridge and fell on his face. He cried for only a short while and there was only a little bit of blood. Thank you helmet. And then he got right back on his bike and rode on. He is one tough little guy.

Then we went to Big Dipper for an ice cream treat. Squeakie also got a doggie cone. After lunch we watched Shaun the Sheep and Harv went right down for a nap, no fuss. Thank you little guy. The best present ever.

Then we went outside to do some yard work until it rained. Great day with a great guy. Love you H.

Thanks to Nana and Papa Middagh I received, from Harvey, an awesome Mother's Day card with orangutans on it. See above. I love it!

Making New Friends while Visiting Old Ones

This Wednesday we went to Kimmie's house for dinner. She served venison roast with roasted veggies. We had berries and cream (YUMMY!) for dessert. It was so delicious! Harvey, as usual, met the right person at the right time, and this led to not only sitting in a big front loader thingie, but actually riding it around! Harvey is so lucky!

Harvey is holding a croquet ball, here. He played with it the whole time.
