We're Back in Action!

I have recovered from my  nasty cold and wee Harv is doing pretty well. He has five teeth coming down and he had his 6 month check up today. He weighs 19 lbs 13 oz! What a big boy!

So shots and teeth = a not so happy little boy. But, I can and have totally sympathized with the little guy.

We did get our jumperoo and I bought a used (for the time being) high-chair. So we have had a busy week.

Here is the wee man with the cheetah that Nanna Barb sent! Thanks!

Here I am in my jumperoo for the first time. I am getting the hang of the bouncing action!

I did not do so great the first time in my chair. I just wanted to chew on my bowl. I think his teeth were hurting that day.

Here I am about to have my first meal in a highchair with my Mam!

Mama Has a Cold

I have been feeling really run down with this cold. Harvey has decided that 1am is a good bedtime, much to my dismay. We do end up sleeping in until 12(noon). We are definitely on my night work schedule. I would like to get this changed, but I need a day job first. Argh!

Tonight Harvey is staying with his new babysitters; Holly, Tim and Helen. They are a super cute family. I hope that he doesn't completely freak out and have a major meltdown, but I bet that he will. Next week will be better. :(

I Can Touch My Toes!

Yes, it is true, Harvey can now touch his toes! He has three teeth descending from his top gums and he is eating his "solid" food like a pro.

Here I am with my toes!

Yeah, I really like to grab my toes when my mama changes my diaper!

I took this picture today of the wee man in his poppy chair. He has such a funny look on his face!

Here is a completely failed attempt to take a "posed" picture with our fall decor!

Trying the "posed" photo again and he is trying to eat the props!

I really wished that this picture would have turned out better! Harv looks so beautiful!

Some New Pics!

Here we are again. This week Harvey is trying to sprout two new teeth on the top row. They are side teeth (eye or canine teeth) and this makes him a vampire baby to be sure. He is doing so well and is sleeping a lot for mama. Sleeping in until 11am is a bit late for me, but while I am working nights this routine is just fine!

Taken a week or so ago, building upper body strength!

Here I am pre-crawling stages!

Yeah, it is cold outside and my Mam has my in fleece lined pants, two long sleeved tops and these fabulous booties!

Harvey has been wanting to be held a bit more this past week, so in order for me to get my chores done around the house, I strap him to my back. Here he fell asleep after about 10 minutes and I then put him in his crib.

Harvey First Solid Food Meal; Plus a Bonus Picture Montage with Squeakie!

Harvey had his first solid food tonight, organic rice cereal! He LOVED it, and ate every bite. In between bites he would grunt his "unh, unh" noise which means give it to me, or I want that! He was pretty cute. Micco was sitting standby should Harvey need any assistance.

All set up and ready to roll. Despite what the bib is reporting, we did not have dirt for dinner!

Here it comes! See his face, he really wants that next bite!

Yum, yum! Here let me help you with that spoon.

Squeakie all up in it! She did lay down for the duration, but really wanted to help with the clean up.

Here are some fun pictures of Harvey and Micco bonding. He is able to grab things pretty well and he likes to grab Squeakie where ever he can. Watch out Micco!

I think I was eating ice cream and they both really wanted a bite!

More Pictures from This Week

Here we are again! Harvey is "talking" up a storm. He likes to stop nursing so that he can babbble at me for several minutes. He has also discovered that he can "talk" whilst spitting. This is funny and very wet!

Here is Wee Harvard on a blanket that used to be mine. This blanket is representing extra rolling space on the floor as I have not yet purchased a big, soft rug! And he is wearing his boats.

This is a close up from within the Ergo. As you can plainly see he loves this ride and Micco has throughly given up on us actually leaving the house for a walk, (it usually takes me about 15 minutes to get out the door for our 12 min walk!).

I am really not trying to give a shady wink here. The wee man all bundled up! Montana is cold, fall has arrived! There is snow on the higher peaks already!

Yes, I love to read! And sit up (still with some help).

Me and my mam in the hats she made for us before I was born, we are just the cutest!
