The Big Snow

We were able to play outside today as it finally stopped snowing. We have tons and tons of snow! We love it! Squeakie also loves it. The shoveling I do not love. I gave up yesterday and I could barely get into and out of the driveway today. As for the side-streets forget about it; there isn't safe passage down them even with 4X4.

Today and then Some

Today Harv and I went to the school where I will be student teaching this semester. We went around nap time so we could only stay for about an hour. We played outside for a short bit. I was SOOOO COLD there. The view is fabulous thank goodness!

Harvey today rocking the neckerchief.
I took this a few days ago. Best buddies, kind-of.
Squeakie not getting any peace around here.
We have moved past putting all of the matchbox cars in the tub to our mid-sized vehicles. I took this last night.

Happy New Year 2012 and the Days Afterward!

Rocking the Mr. P glasses.
Breakfast New Year's Day. We know how to party!
There is a lot of this going on around here.
Rocking the AWESOME jammies Nanna Terri gave me for Christmas!

So on New Year's Day I decided to do something on my Missoula bucket list, climb the M trail. I have lived here for 6 years and I have never hiked the M! Lame I know, so the first thing we did on New Year's Day was to climb that trail. Harvey is weighing in a hefty 33 lbs and I have to carry him a lot on our hikes. This is a steep, steep trail! I got my workout in for the day on this hike.

Giving the mama a reprieve of about 5minutes.
Struggling up that trail with the big man on my back.
Success!!!! Harvey approaching the M. He kept saying I want to touch the snow in reference to the M. Even after touching it he kept saying that it was snow. Silly bunny.

Yesterday we all went to Lolo Pass to find some snow and sunshine. Harvey had an awesome time sledding with Mama and Eric. Squeakie was the happiest I had seen her in ages. We didn't stay long, but the drive was so beautiful.
"I found a snowball!"
Harvey being pulled with his snowball.
About to attempt the ascent of the sledding hill.
Love this shot.
Relaxing and milking all the way home.

Here is poor Squeakie. She is a trooper. One day we will have a vehicle big enough for all of us to travel comfortably.
