Playing outside, friends over and sleepy mama..Video Posted Success!!!

It is snowing again as I type this. Crazy, crazy snow! Harvey loves to play "out" so we try to when it is not too cold, which has been a rare occasion this winter, in Montana.

Here is the wee man playing at the neighbours, he loves the trucks and big red car back there.

Here we go out the back gate, truck in hand...
I spy ANOTHER truck....
Mama, it is stuck in the icy snow, help!
Maybe I can ride this truck?
I am a bit big to ride this truck, but I still think it is fun except for all of this snow in my way!

On Sunday we had some friends come over to pick up a huge load of old baby clothes! Harvey could not get enough of baby Jamie. He kept hugging the wee little guy and at first Jamie liked it but then he wanted his personal space back! Harvey showed him all of his trucks.

I have been sooooo tired lately.

Yeah, it worked! Here is a short video of Harvey at Christmas. I will post more soon!

Today is Saturday; hair wax and shoes...

Harvey found my old jar of hair wax. He wanted to put some in his hair, here is the result.
We are just so pretty!
After our 10:30-12:45 nap (awesome!) we had some lunch and Harv wanted to wear my shoes.
Last night after bath, Harv wanted to wear his robe....

...and much to Squeakie's dismay he wanted to get into her bed.
Who could this be?

So Harvey has these trucks....

Harvey decided, all on his own, to stack his trucks in his "wagon." He did an amazing job!

Harvey has also been helping me cook lately. I LOVE it.

This has been a long week, well for me. Harvey has been spending lots of time at daycare as I have had many after-school activities this week. When I come to get him he says go go :( At home he talks about his friend Ty (he calls him Ty Ty). He was even calling him on his Elmo phone in bed a few nights ago. So cute!

Here are a few random pics from this week. Enjoy!

Harvey helped me make this wonderful dinner!
Drinking my smoothie while Squeakie looks on.
This blender lid is so amazing!

President's Day Off

Today we had breakfast at the Hob Nob and then went to the Good Food Store for our weekly groceries. Harvey is presently not taking his nap but playing quietly in his crib.

We went to Helena this weekend so that we could see Terri and Larry, and so I could work on a paper that is due this week. Harvey liked watching the videos of the buffalo at Yellowstone NP.

This is a photo that Terri took two weekends ago. To adorable!

Instead of napping and doing homework this morning...

Ah, I never begin with Squeakie so here she is, at least she is ready for a nap!
There is a new sheriff in town!
More puzzles!

Photobooth is too much fun and sometimes creepy!

So here we are, no morning nap so Harvey decided that he wanted to play with his puzzles (chow wow). He is getting quite good at putting the pieces back in the proper spots. He is especially good at picking up the pieces by the little pegs and utilizing them to manipulate the pieces. Way to go dude.

Time for a swig of apple wouse. This is a new three syllable word that Harv has gotten quite good at saying this week.
Hmmm, coffee or apple juice?

This was taken a week or so ago. Look at that lean in by Harv. He really likes to sit next to Dabney and eat his dinner. She brought us elk stew. Yum!
Here we are at Helena last weekend! Harvey helped make dough and many other things!

So I put my truck in here...

So Mom where is the truck...hee hee!

Harvey made this awesome valentine this week at daycare! We did go to Helena last weekend and I have some fun pictures and video to post, but alas school is dominating any free time that I may have so this is all I can post right now....

Harvey is so Charming

Today after I picked up Harv from daycare, he wanted to go on his usual walk. Today he wanted to look at the old trucks parked across the street. So I climbed over huge snow drifts and we made it to the the trucks and lo and behold there was a county sheriff sitting there in his cruiser. Harv loves police cars so we walked over and the super nice officer let Harvey sit in his car. This was so nice considering wee Harv likes to touch EVERYTHING. I was nervous about the ginormous guns, but I was assured that they were locked and needed a code to unlock and fire. And this nice man offered to take his picture! So here they are:
