Last Shift of 4 On :)

In celebration of my last shift of four in a row, here are some super awesome pictures of Harvey with the Lion Grammy Barb gave him.

This is the drawing my mam made for me. His name is Harvey la Rue the Kangaroo. 

I am so rocking these cords and laying on my super soft blanket looking at Harvey la Rue. I don't actually sleep much in my pack-n-play anymore, my mam wishes I would!

Man, my child is not smiling in any of these pics! I should work on that; he really is a happy baby who smiles quite a bit. He just doesn't get the whole say cheese thing yet! And he kind of has a blank stare in the photo above, I think he is trying to fool his giraffe!

Despite the look on my face, I really do like my sling right now. This is the one Aunt Rebecca and Kate got for me. I will go back to my Ergo when I get a bit bigger.

This is my other sling and I fell asleep on our walk with Squeakie.

This is not a picture of Harvey, but rather our newly acquired fish tank from Rebs and Pete! They recently moved to Billings and we miss them :( I did spruce the tank up a bit by adding the plants and the super sweet island with waterfall! And several new fish!

Harvey is Fast Becoming a Little Talker

Harvey is doing so great. I can't believe that he weighs 15 pounds now! He is a little ball. And he is smiling and laughing all the time at mama. His new thing is to "talk". It is so cute! He says, "Ahh," and "ohhh" and "aha". It is the sweetest sound in the universe. 

I am working tonight, but have the next four and a half days off! I was able to get some sleep today with the dude. It was super hot today, lame. I am looking forward to spending time on my couch!

Why is this photo of wee Oliver so small? At any rate, here are the boys at the CM last week. So cute. I must say that Harv looks a lot like me in this photo. 

Last week Harvey and I met Amy, Maddie, Jayden, Stacy, Constance, Oliver and Alya at the CM in Missoula. They have a small area for wee ones; this is where we hung out while the big kids amused themselves. I really like this place. Lots to learn while having fun. 

Oliver is three months older than Harvey. It is neat to see what Harv is going to be like in three months! 

We finally got a couch today! We are all so excited to have a new place to sit. Now Micco can cuddle with us again! Thanks again Stacy's fam!

He was not super excited to take this photo as he just had a bath and was ready for bed. He is getting so big! We spent our 3 month birthday at the Children's Museum with Amy and Stacie. Their girls played while we stayed in the wee ones area with baby Oliver. He is three months older than Harv and super cute as well. Harv slept most of the time, but when he woke up, he had fun looking at another baby!

Harv Finally Getting His Shots

Yesterday Harvey got two more vaccination shots. I tried to numb him with lidocaine, but it did not work. I think I needed to wait and hour for it to fully soak in. I may try it one more time. Anything to reduce the pain I will try. I know that he won't remember it, but those shots really hurt!

He weighs 13 pounds now and is growing through his clothes pretty fast! He is such a happy boy, always smiling and laughing. When he first wakes up in the morning he has a bog smile on his face. He is such a wonderful little person.

I have been working several overtime shifts at work. They will amount to an extra paycheck this month. But I have to pay for childcare, so I am not sure if it will be worth it. I did have free childcare, but that went away. So I am just doing what I can.

I will post some new pictures of Harv soon. He will be three months on the 15th! Wow!
